Phase 4 was provided the approved front and back panel design files for each SKU to begin the project. Our assignment was to create the final production art files using Frito-Lay’s 7-color process reproduction. Each pouch was printed flexographically using 7 common colors, CMYK plus orange, green and one Pantone® spot color. P4 worked with Clark McDowall’s design and production teams to execute the 9 introductory SKUs.
